You need:
- A smartphone running Windows seven
- The free "Tag reader" application from Microsoft running on your smartphone
How it works:
WARNING: your smartphone must be disconnected from your computer in order for the APN to works.
- Start "Microsoft tag reader" on your smartphone
- push the yellow "scan" button at the top
- point at the code
- press your smartphone's "photo" button
- push "Accept" in the application
- You're default web browser starts and loads my website, you're done...
